With warm hearts I offer my friendship,and my greetings,and I hope this letter meets you in good time.It will be surprising to you to receive this proposal from me since you do not know me personally.I maintain my  late father's theory that business is people and contacts hence this e-mail to you.However,I am sincerely seeking your confidence in this transaction, which I propose with my free mind and as a person of integrity.

My name is Joe Taranga,a Zimbabwean by nationality but presently in europe as a refugee.

The funds (US$9.5m) was smuggled out to an exclusive security and finance company in Amsterdam,Holland as a consignment,unknown to the company that the content is money hence it was deposited as valuable antiques.Since the death of my father,effort to retrieve it has been quiet difficult because of meeting the requirements of the security and finance company in the area of paying for handling and service charges over-time.

I am seeking for a partner who will assist in retrieving the consignment, invest part of it into a profitable investment and stand as a representative of my family.The security and finance company will be legally informed of your representation to my family.

For your moral and financial assistance you will be entitled to 25%,70% of the total will be for me and my family while 5% will be used to cover overall expenses incurred in the course of finalising the transaction.
